Does a Living Will Registry “have” to be registered?
Superman asked:
My dad-in-law is terminal and was given a phentermine online without a prescription Living Will form by the hospital to complete if he so wished. The documents state that you must complete and file with the US Living Will Registry in Westfield, NJ to be valid. I can’t believe that this absolutley must be filed in order to be valid. Can’t one just complete this form, or a generic of it, and keep on hand in known whereabouts if the issue ever comes up?
