Letter From a Landlord Tenant Lawyer?

I am about to spend $196 on a letter from a lawyer to protect me in a lease I just had. buy prescription drugs online without prescription Is it worth it? There are add’l charges on a 3 person lease (1 person being myself) stated in a letter to us of upwards of $2800. In the letter, it says lease date of 12/06. However, I didn’t move in until 6/07. The other person on the lease who committed the damages and left the state was the one on the lease from 12/06. Will a demand letter get me off the hook or only provide them with a target?
