Well I would go to College get a Degree in Political Science, Go to take the LSats. Get accepted to law school, go to law school for three years, then go for an LLM in immigration law, and then find a firm to intern in.
In the United States?
- Graduate high-school
- Obtain a bachelor’s degree
- Go to law school and earn a J.D.
- Pass the Bar Exam
You are now an attorney. Then apply for AILA membership, congratulation you are not apart of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
A total of 7 years of education.

1. Get a law degree – see above on how to do that.
2. Get rid of any pride or honor you may have. It will not serve you well as you represent the worst thing that can happen to this country – allowing more people into a place without any ability to provide for the ones we already have:
Energy
Water
Schools
Roads
Social Programs
Hospitals
Etc
