Hopefully soon to be EX hubby is in ontario. I reside in new brunswick. 2 minor children, for which custody has been dealt with (courts ordered I have custody, him no visitation due to abuse of children.) due to his said abuse at the time of custody, no child support order was made.
Since then, he won 1.35 million in lotto 6/49 (his share….altogether 10.8 million was won) He has never stepped forward to offer any support for these children. Although now he is attempting to file for a “simple” divorce in ont. meaning no financial info is shared between us. Since he attempted to serve me through court documents sent through unregistered mail, that had to be forwarded & reforwarded I know that I have been improperly served, and am refusing to acknowledge receipt of documents. Now he has a paralegal calling my parents home (where i havent resided in 20 years)
